Media & Photographers

Dressage Victoria invites media organisations to apply for accreditation to cover the 2024 Martin Collins Dressage Festival, taking place from December 5-8 at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre.

Application Process:

-Complete the attached accreditation application form and submit by November 20, 2024.
-Approved media representatives will receive complimentary access to the event.
-Please note that no wi-fi will be available at the venue.

Results and Access:

-Official results will be published on www.dressagefestival.com.au or via Black Horse One.
-Per FEI regulations, media are prohibited from accessing the stables.

Terms and Conditions:

-All applications must include a list of all attending team members.
-Approved media must provide ten (10) high-resolution images from the event, no later than three days after the event’s conclusion. Images should be sent to lizzy@theeventsco.com.au via WeTransfer or Dropbox.
-Appropriate credit will be given for images used for promotional purposes.
-Media accreditation passes will be available for collection at the event office upon check-in.
-Photographers may be allocated to arenas to ensure full coverage of all events.
-No livestreaming will be permitted during the event.
-Access to masterclasses is restricted to the event’s official photographer only.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline applications.
